Vincent oversees Okia Healthcare LLC organizational leadership and overseas Okia healthcare LLC overall strategic goals and development providing healthcare services to the state of Arizona since 2023. Vincent has been a servant leader and champion for quality-based care and innovation for more than 10years, his desire for promoting quality healthcare for people with disabilities gave birth to Okia Healthcare LLC.

With an extensive background in Healthcare, Finance, Revenue Recovery, Vincent has worked in different areas and departments as a Healthcare Management Business Analyst, Robotic process Automation Analyst, Project Manager, Caregiver, Social worker, Process optimization analyst for several companies. He has overseen all areas of operations, including financial management, electronic health records, claims and billing systems, information technology, data analytics, human resources, and contracts. Vincent has driven premium reimbursement and health plan expansion, rate sitting management, health care revenue recovery in the robotic process automation (RPA) space, business analysis and expanded points of access and technology advancements to improve healthcare outcomes. Vincent is married with kids, love family time and a man of faith, he loves outdoor and indoor sport specifically long tennis and soccer and love spending quality time with family and friends.

He graduated from Grand Canyon University with a master’s degree in business administration and emphasis in health system management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ambrose Alli University and associate’s degree in social works from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
